Sam received their Bachelors Degree in Management from Northeastern University in 2012 and an MBA from Montclair State University in 2022. They have over 12 years of experience working in administration and operations for several companies and nonprofit organizations. As the proud parent of an autistic son, starting New Moon ABA to support families and caregivers throughout this journey, has been a dream come true. Sam is dedicated to making the insurance process as smooth as possible for families to receive the care services they need. In their spare time, they enjoy volunteering at animal sanctuaries, spending time with family and friends, and learning about history.

Deborah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Special Education Teacher with over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began her career as a direct therapist and special education teacher serving the autistic community. She received her Bachelor's degree from Queens College and her Masters degree from Western Connecticut State University. Currently, Deborah is a doctoral student at the Institute for Applied Behavioral Science at Endicott College where her research focuses on Autistic well-being and neurodiversity affirming ABA practices. Deborah believes that regulation and communication are key to supporting clients in making meaningful change and places value in collaborative relationships with families and other therapists!
